This role is designed to build a fundraising program focused on private funding. It is a hands-on position where you will work as an individual contributor, laying the foundation to grow a team over time. If you currently manage people, are you comfortable stepping into a more hands-on role, or would you prefer a position focused primarily on strategic oversight rather than day-to-day execution? *
