Our client is offering a base salary in the $75,000–$85,000 range. Annual bonuses vary based on project activity, as sales cycles tend to be longer. After your second and third years, bonuses typically range from $2,000–$15,000. Does this compensation align with what you’d be looking for, or what range would make a move worthwhile for you? *
