Our client in the legal staffing industry is seeking a Sr. Director of Training & Workforce Strategy to join their remote team. This role will lead the strategy, design, and ongoing evolution of workforce development programs, training cohorts, and AI-enabled workflow initiatives that support legal professionals serving small and midsize law firms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working within or alongside law firms, a strong understanding of legal operations, and the ability to leverage AI to improve efficiency and service delivery. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, client discovery skills, and the ability to translate law firm challenges into scalable workforce, training, and role-development solutions. Sr. Director | Training & Workforce Strategy (Legal Industry Exp. Req.) – REMOTE Responsibilities

•    Own the strategy and roadmap for legal workforce development & training programs
•    Design and enhance learning cohorts across legal support functions
•    Identify law firm needs and translate insights into training initiatives
•    Review and approve curriculum developed by cohort leaders
•    Develop role playbooks, competency models, and AI-enabled workflows
•    Analyze law firm operations to identify capability gaps and opportunities
•    Drive continuous skill development across legal support teams
•    Evaluate emerging AI tools and integrate practical use cases into training
•    Partner with operations, sales, and account management teams
•    Conduct client discovery to identify challenges and market trends
•    Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness and client impact
•    Attend level 10 weekly meetings to ensure alignment
•    Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve client value and retention

Sr. Director | Training & Workforce Strategy (Legal Industry Exp. Req.) – REMOTE Qualifications

•    Deep operational knowledge of how law firms’ function is required
•    Experience within legal operations, legal consulting, legal staffing, or legal technology is required
•    Experience with workforce strategy, training design, and/or customer discovery is required
•    Strong commercial understanding of client value, retention, & market demand is required
•    Experience utilizing AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency is required
