Location: Greater Aberdeen, WA area
Salary: $60,000 + Commission (1st year OTE $80,000; 2nd year OTE $100,000) + Benefits

Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Inbound Sales Representative Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to add to their team in Aberdeen, WA. This role is all about keeping orders moving and customers informed; you’ll own the process from quote through delivery, ensuring everything is entered accurately, tracked closely, and executed on time. Acting as the main point of contact between customers, sales, and production, you’ll play a key role in coordinating timelines, answering questions, and keeping everyone aligned in a fast-paced environment. You would be a great fit if you enjoy structured, process-driven work, take pride in the details, and like being the person others rely on to keep things running smoothly. Inbound Sales Representative Responsibilities

•    Manage inbound customer calls and inquiries
•    Process purchase orders and invoices
•    Maintain accurate data in CRM/ERP
•    Coordinate with production on lead times and delivery schedules
•    Set realistic expectations around shipping timelines and capacity 
•    Track orders and deliveries from start to finish
•    Ensure timely payment processing
•    Proactively communicate updates to customers 
•    Respond to customer requests and quote requests
•    Generate reports as needed
•    Set up new customer accounts  
•    Support onsite customer visits 
•    Maintain visibility into order flow; support forecasting efforts

Inbound Sales Representative Qualifications

•    3+ years of sales experience required
•    B2B manufacturing industry experience required
•    CRM/ERP experience required
