Assistant Manager Description

Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager to add to their team in Northeastern Montana. In this role, you will serve as the Manager’s right hand, helping run day-to-day store operations, lead the team on the floor, and keep standards high across departments. Our client is looking for someone with supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, and the ability to coach people, hold them accountable, and a willingness to step in wherever needed. You will do best in this role if you are hands-on, steady under pressure, and comfortable balancing people leadership with operational execution. This is a great opportunity to join a long-standing business that serves as a trusted part of the local community.

**This role offers a chance to step into a visible leadership position in a tight-knit community where your impact is felt daily. With a cost of living significantly lower than major metro areas, your earnings go further - while giving you access to outdoor recreation like fishing, hunting, and open space just minutes from your door. If you’re looking to trade congestion and high cost-of-living for stability, leadership responsibility, and a better quality of life - this is a great long-term move.**
