Location: must live within the territory 
Territory: Eastern New York & Greater Philadelphia
Salary: $80,000+ base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (~$50k++, 10-20% increase YoY) + Car Allowance 
Benefits: Car allowance, company credit card, mileage/expense support
Job Type: Full-Time 
Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, ~40 hours/week (early mornings, extra hours as needed)
Travel: 4 days/week in the field; some overnight travel required

Territory Sales Manager - Pavement Products (Hunter-mentality / Municipal, DOT) Description

Our client in the pavement maintenance products industry is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to add to their team in Eastern New York / Greater Philadelphia. In this role, you will own a largely net-new territory, calling on municipalities, DOTs, utilities, and related customers while managing the sales process from prospecting through close. Our client is looking for seasoned salesperson primarily focused on new business development, selling to municipalities, DOTs, and utility accounts with the ability to generate your own leads. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable on job sites, organized, self-directed, and willing to spend most of the week on the road. Territory Sales Manager - Pavement Products (Hunter-mentality / Municipal, DOT) Responsibilities

•    Develop new business across municipalities, DOTs, and utility accounts
•    Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
•    Build quotes, bids, and sales support materials
•    Run product demos and field evaluations at customer sites
•    Support customers with product training and post-sale follow-up
•    Maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and sales reporting
•    Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
•    Travel daily across the territory for meetings and product demos

Territory Sales Manager - Pavement Products (Hunter-mentality / Municipal, DOT) Qualifications

•    5+ years of sales and new business development experience required
•    Experience selling to DOT, municipal, or utility accounts required
•    Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office required 
•    Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and daily territory travel ability required
•    Valid passport or ability to obtain one before hire required
•    Willingness/ability to work in active job-sites and outdoor conditions required
•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for product demos required
