[Remote] Repair & Maintenance Service Support Representative (dispatcher) Description

Our client, a commercial service provider specializing in facilities maintenance, waste management, and recycling, is seeking a Remote Service Support & Dispatch Representative to join their team in the US. In this role, you’ll support the Repair & Maintenance Team by responding to customer calls and emails, coordinating with service technicians and vendors, and managing client web-based platforms. You’ll also assist with writing quotes and parts ordering, so familiarity with facilities maintenance equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, overhead doors, lifts) is essential. However, if most of your experience comes from commercial HVAC, this would not be a great fit. Beyond technical knowledge, the ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and committed to resolving customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly. Someone who appreciates the flexibility of remote work but understands the self-discipline that comes with it. [Remote] Repair & Maintenance Service Support Representative (dispatcher) Responsibilities

•    Intake and process work orders over the phone and via email 
•    Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
•    Provide virtual troubleshooting as needed 
•    Process timed work requests 
•    Schedule preventative maintenance 
•    Evaluate service needs and dispatch appropriate trade technician 
•    Work with vendors and technicians on job orders
•    Write quotes and send them to clients for processing 
•    Order parts as needed 
•    Mange client web-based portals 
•    Follow up on job completion and ensure accuracy and timeliness 

[Remote] Repair & Maintenance Service Support Representative (dispatcher) Qualifications

•    5+ years of service support experience in facilities maintenance required
•    Experience dispatching for handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scissor lifts, forklifts, conveyors) and/or building fixtures (e.g., plumbing, lighting, overhead and dock doors) required
•    Office-based experience in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment required
