Jewelry Retailer Account Manager, Retail Stores (2+ yrs exp. req.) Description

Our client in the jewelry wholesale industry is looking for a Jewelry Retailer Account Manager to add to
their team in New York, NY. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for expanding
various aspects of eCommerce operations, managing a set of designated jewelry retailer accounts, and
responding to inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer experience. To be
considered, you must have at least two years of jewelry retailer account management experience,
working directly with jewelry retail stores to manage product listings and proposals for new sales
opportunities. To be successful in this role, you must have an eye for detail, comfortable taking initiative
to identify new opportunities to expand existing accounts, as well as manage relationships with retailers.

Jewelry Retailer Account Manager, Retail Stores (2+ yrs exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Manage product listings and updates across assigned retailer portals
• Create product proposals and spec sheets for new opportunities
• Monitor and analyze account performance and growth trends
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure order fulfillment accuracy and troubleshoot issues
• Handle customer and retailer inquiries and product questions
• Reconcile data discrepancies and maintain product files
• Support eCommerce strategy and execution across platforms
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to load new items
• Research competitors and customer feedback to improve offerings

Jewelry Retailer Account Manager, Retail Stores (2+ yrs exp. req.) Qualifications

• 2+ years of jewelry retailer account management experience required
• Experience working directly with major jewelry retailers (retail stores) required
• Proficient with MS Excel, and other technology platforms/software required
• Analytical skills to make sales and product recommendations required
• Highly organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail required
