Salary: $52,000 - $58,200 + Annual Profit Sharing + 2 Annual Bonus Opportunities

Parts Manager Description

Our client in the industrial equipment industry is seeking a Parts Manager to play a lead role at their 10K sq. ft. branch in New Freedom, PA. This is a hands-on, diverse position split evenly between office and warehouse duties. You will support inventory, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a “jack of all trades” role. Parts Manager Responsibilities

•    Oversee warehouse and facility operations
•    Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock levels
•    Maintain accurate part locations and updated bin assignments
•    Receive and put away 10–15 inbound shipments per day
•    Package & ship 6–7 outbound customer orders daily
•    Track service tickets and assist with parts sourcing as needed
•    Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed
•    Drop off daily packages at FedEx and other carriers
•    Support the customer service team with calls and order inquiries
•    Oversee branch supplies and daily facility readiness
•    Monitor branch spending and coordinate with the finance team as needed
•    Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies

Parts Manager Qualifications

•    2+ years of experience related to parts & supporting customer orders is required
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, & comfortable learning new software, is required
•    Basic math skills and attention to detail is required
•    Forklift certification or willingness to become certified is required
•    Ability to spend 50% of the day on your feet and lift 25–50 lbs. as needed is required
•    Valid driver’s license is required
