Office Manager / HR Administrator Description

Our client, in the construction services industry, is seeking an Office Manager / HR Administrator to add to their team near Atlanta, GA. In this role, you’ll manage payroll, HR, compliance, and day-to-day office operations, serving as the go-to resource for staff and leadership. Office Manager / HR Administrator Responsibilities

•    Process weekly payroll for field & office staff; collect timesheets, job costing entries & track PTO 
•    Manage HR functions: onboarding, records, benefits coordination & compliance
•    Handle insurance claims (worker’s comp, auto, etc.) with carriers
•    Track employee safety training, certifications & compliance 
•    Serve as the go-to point of contact for office operations, vendors & staff needs
•    Manage fleet renewals & related compliance tasks
•    Support leadership with meeting coordination, communications & logistics
•    Drive improvements in workflows, internal systems & overall team efficiency
•    Coordinate company events, communications &employee engagement
•    Represent the company in compliance audits & insurance matters

Office Manager / HR Administrator Qualifications

•    5+ years office management/administration experience required
•    Human resources, specifically with labor laws & compliance, experience required 
•    Payroll processing & job/time costing experience required 
•    Experience in construction services or trades industry required 
•    Proficient with payroll/HR systems & Excel required
