Our client, a manufacturer of engineered solutions for the winter sports industry, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team just south of Denver, CO. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about skiing or snowboarding to blend their personal interests with a dynamic, technical leadership role. You will lead U.S. project execution while collaborating daily with Italian headquarters, managing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and supporting commercial growth. The ideal candidate speaks either German or Italian and has experience in technical project management. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, hands-on role with a growing international company.
Technical Project Manager (Electrical or Mechanical Skillset Pref.) Responsibilities
• Support U.S. projects with technical and operational oversight
• Coordinate daily with Italian HQ on project updates and requirements
• Manage subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance
• Track project budgets, materials, timelines, and logistics
• Ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and client satisfaction
• Oversee project teams, technicians, and support staff
• Partner with the Italian team on U.S. commercial strategy
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Prepare project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and manage on-site project installations
• Support continuous process improvement and team development
Technical Project Manager (Electrical or Mechanical Skillset Pref.) Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required
• Technical project management experience is required
• Experience with electrical systems or water/fluid systems is preferred
• Fluent in German or Italian is required
• Experience & interest in skiing or snowboarding is required
