Warehouse Customer Service Specialist (Korean/English Fluency Req.) Description
Our client in the logistics industry is looking for a Warehouse Customer Service Specialist to join their team in City of Industry, CA. You will work closely with internal teams and carriers to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Warehouse Customer Service Specialist (Korean/English Fluency Req.) Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments
• Address questions about shipment status and delays
• Respond to document requests
• Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery appointments
• Arrange pickups and deliveries with shipping partners
• Complete data entry in the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory documentation
• Research and resolve shipping or receiving issues
• Escalate unresolved issues
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain shipping schedules
• Support with inventory checks and reporting as needed
Warehouse Customer Service Specialist (Korean/English Fluency Req.) Qualifications
• English/Korean bilingual fluency (written and spoken) is required
• Office experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is required
• Strong customer service skills are required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications required
• Ability to work 100% onsite is required
