Warehouse Customer Service (Phone/Email Support Exp Req) Responsibilities

•    Communicate with customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments
•    Address questions about shipment status and delays
•    Respond to document requests
•    Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery appointments
•    Arrange pickups and deliveries with shipping partners
•    Complete data entry in the warehouse management system (WMS)
•    Maintain accurate shipment and inventory documentation
•    Research and resolve shipping or receiving issues
•    Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain shipping schedules
•    Support with inventory checks and reporting as needed
•    Proactively identify issues & find resolutions

Warehouse Customer Service (Phone/Email Support Exp Req) Qualifications

•    Strong customer service skills via phone and email are required
•    Prior experience with order entry & order coordination is required
•    Proactive and dependable work style is required
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications required
•    Ability to work 100% onsite is required
•    Strong English (written & spoken) is required
