Salary: $70,000+ (DOE) Base + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE $150,000-180,000)

Outside Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment (2+ yrs industrial B2B sales exp. req.) Description

Our client in the industrial equipment industry is looking for a Outside Sales Representative to add to their remote territory sales team covering Southern NJ, Delaware, and Maryland. In this role, you will build your pipeline through new business development, meet with manufacturers, uncover production needs, and sell equipment and automation solutions used in production and packaging environments. This territory includes existing and recurring customers, but this is still a new-business-focused role where success depends on outbound activity, territory development, and sales follow-through. You will be supported by technical team members, company-provided sales tools, customer data, lead lists, and hands-on training from leadership. Our client is looking for someone with outside B2B sales experience, strong outbound prospecting skills, and the ability to discuss machinery or equipment with manufacturing customers. To be successful, you must be self-driven, responsive, comfortable visiting facilities, and motivated by uncapped commission. This is a great opportunity to own a territory with strong demand, technical support, and direct access to leadership.

•    Own and grow a territory across South NJ, Delaware, and Maryland
•    Prospect through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
•    Meet manufacturers onsite to uncover production and equipment needs
•    Sell industrial equipment and automation solutions to manufacturers
•    Build quotes and negotiate pricing with customers and internal teams
•    Partner with technical teams on custom systems and project handoffs
•    Capture photos, videos, and specs to support accurate project scoping
•    Maintain CRM activity, lead follow-up, and sales pipeline visibility
•    Represent the company at customer sites and industry trade shows

•    2+ years of outside B2B sales experience required
•    Industrial, machinery, or manufacturing sales experience required
•    Outbound prospecting and cold calling experience required
•    Ability to discuss technical products with customers required

•    Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
