Continuous Improvement Analyst Description
Our client in the equipment manufacturing industry is looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to add to their Organizational Development team in East Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will work with teams across the company to improve processes, solve operational challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys asking questions, learning how systems work, collaborating with others, and driving positive change to help teams operate more efficiently. Continuous Improvement Analyst Responsibilities
• Support continuous improvement projects across multiple departments
• Meet with teams to identify operational challenges & process improvement opportunities
• Conduct discovery discussions to understand workflows, systems, and pain points
• Help identify the root cause of issues and develop practical process improvement solutions
• Collaborate with the Organizational Development team to build recommendation plans
• Present process changes and gain stakeholders buy-in and alignment
• Coordinate project communication, documentation, and follow-up activities
• Learn to leverage project management and process mapping software to support initiatives
• Track project timelines, milestones, action items, and process updates
• Gather and organize workflow, operational, and performance-related information
• Collaborate with Technical Writers on documentation, work instructions & training materials
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and Organizational Development team initiatives
• Support a collaborative environment focused on operational improvement and accountability
Continuous Improvement Analyst Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience driving positive change with stakeholders is required
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills are required
• Ability to lead discussions and explain concepts clearly is required
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments is required
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems is required
