Our client in the jewelry wholesale industry is looking for an eCommerce Sales Assistant / Merchandising Coordinator to add to their team in New York, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce Manager with proposals, product listings and descriptions, order tracking, and reporting, while ensuring exceptional customer service for all B2B and D2C accounts. You will develop your eCommerce sales skills in a supportive and collaborative environment where employees enjoy coming to work each day. eCommerce Sales Assistant / Merchandising Coordinator Responsibilities

•    Assist with product proposals for accounts
•    Complete spec sheets for approved products from vendor proposals
•    Enter new product and order information into the database
•    Ensure product data is up to date across all accounts
•    Monitor account performance and strive to meet or exceed expectations
•    Reconcile any data or product level issues 
•    Verify all open orders have been shipped and closed on customers' portals
•    Address customer concerns and general product inquiries
•    Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and marketplace portals 

eCommerce Sales Assistant / Merchandising Coordinator Qualifications

•    1+ years of eCommerce sales support experience required
•    Experience with merchandising, inventory or order fulfillment required
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, required
