Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist (Industrial or Electrical Part Exp Req) Description

Our client in the industrial equipment industry is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to join their team near Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will support inventory accuracy, stock management, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial or electrical parts, strong data entry accuracy, and the ability to analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies. To be successful, you must be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong customer service skills while working cross-functionally with warehouse and operations teams. Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist (Industrial or Electrical Part Exp Req) Responsibilities

•    Maintain accurate inventory records and complete data entry related to inventory transactions
•    Monitor and manage stock levels for individual parts and kit assemblies
•    Post and reconcile inventory adjustments to ensure accuracy
•    Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes
•    Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
•    Spend approximately 40% of time on the warehouse floor and 60% in the office
•    Collaborate with internal teams to establish and maintain min/max inventory levels
•    Generate inventory reports and analyze trends, shortages, and excess stock
•    Work cross-functionally with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams
•    Support the execution of a barcode system implementation project for inventory tracking
•    Assist with process improvement efforts to improve inventory accuracy
•    Provide strong internal customer service support related to inventory inquiries and issues

Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist (Industrial or Electrical Part Exp Req) Qualifications

•    2+ years of inventory control experience is required
•    Experience managing inventory for industrial or electrical parts is required
•    Strong data entry experience with a high level of accuracy is required
•    Experience with ERP systems & Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, are required
•    Ability to work 100% onsite is required
