Sales & Customer Support Specialist Description
Our client in the industrial equipment industry is looking for a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to add to their team north of Buckley, WA. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for addressing inbound customer calls and emails, prepare quotes, process orders, create vendor purchase orders, and support outside sales with product research and occasionally help with shipping or inventory when needed. Our client is looking for customer-oriented individual with strong phone and email communication skills who can stay organized, shift priorities, and help customers solve urgent problems. To be successful in the role, you must be professional, flexible, and comfortable working in a small team where needs can change quickly. Sales & Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities
• Answer inbound customer calls and emails
• Prepare quotes and turn approved quotes into orders
• Create purchase orders with vendors
• Track orders through shipment and customer delivery
• Support outside sales with product research and part information
• Suggest alternate products when needed
• Help with inventory counts, packing, and shipping as needed
Sales & Customer Support Specialist Qualifications
• Customer service experience required
• Strong phone and email communication skills required
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word, required
