Marketing Manager (B2B technical marketing exp. req.) Description

Our client, a high-tech hardware manufacturer, is looking to add a Marketing Manager to their team in Richardson, TX. While a smaller team, they’ve achieved strong year-over-year growth and are bringing marketing efforts back in-house. This role will own end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple industries, creating a consistent and visible presence for the company in key target markets. You will develop industry-specific content, including white papers, case studies, and press releases, to position the company as a critical enabling technology provider for a variety of complex applications. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who wants exposure across a broad range of marketing functions rather than owning just one area. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing complex, non-commodity solutions, translating technical value to specific audiences, rather than supporting high-volume, price-driven sales. If you thrive in entrepreneurial environments and want to make a measurable impact on company growth, this role offers significant upside, including eligibility for stock options after your first year.
