Location: Oak Park, MI 
Salary: $21-$24/hr.+ Quarterly Bonus ($44,000-$57,000)

Typical Hours: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM; 40 hours

Customer Service Representative Description 

Our client, a commercial services company, is looking to bring on a Customer Service Rep to join their team in Oak Park, MI. In this position, you’ll support the sales team with administrative tasks and help manage and distribute incoming leads, so prior experience supporting a sales team is important. They’re also looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in being a key part of the customer’s experience. With a team member retiring, there will be time to learn the role alongside her before taking it over. The team has a very collaborative, supportive environment where everyone is willing to jump in and help where needed. They place a strong emphasis on taking care of their employees, which has led to great tenure across the team. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

•    Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers
•    Provide quotes and pricing as needed to customers 
•    Distribute new leads and prepare new customer reports 
•    Coordinate services and update crews as needed 
•    Review and maintain the outside sales team’s schedule 
•    Assist sales team with estimates and paperwork 
•    Build and nurture relationships with internal and external contacts 
•    Provide light billing and follow up on payments
•    Follow up with inactive accounts to offer new services as needed 
•    Provide an overall great customer experience 

Customer Service Representative Qualifications  

•    3+ years of customer service experience required 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills required 
•    Able to work onsite daily required
