Inside Parts Sales Representative Description
Our client, an industrial machine manufacturer, is looking for an Inside Parts Sales Representative to add to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers with replacement parts, spare parts packages, and service solutions throughout the lifecycle of their equipment. This is a desk-based role: you’ll take incoming calls and emails, look up the part in the system, and send over a quote. It is a steady, fast-paced role handling around 40 requests a day, busy, but not high-pressure. To thrive in this role, you must have 2+ years of parts sales experience and the ability to juggle a high volume of requests while staying organized and customer focused. Inside Parts Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for parts and service inquiries
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails regarding replacement parts, spare parts, and service solutions
• Research and identify the correct parts using ERP systems, product documentation, and internal resources
• Prepare and deliver quotations and follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM
• Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services
Inside Parts Sales Representative Qualifications
• 2+ years of parts sales experience required
• Proficiency with CRM & ERP systems required
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence required
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities required
