[Hybrid] Distribution Center Manager Description

Our client is looking for a Distribution Center Manager to lead and strengthen the day-to-day operations of their U.S. Sales & Distribution Center. This role will primarily focus on logistics, warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency. 

This position is highly hands-on and will play a key role in improving processes, stabilizing workflows, and ensuring reliable service for customers.  The ideal candidate brings strong experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations experience and enjoys building structure, improving systems, and driving continuous improvement in a growing environment. [Hybrid] Distribution Center Manager Responsibilities

•    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the U.S. Sales & Distribution Center
•    Lead logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment 
•    Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and performance metrics
•    Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements 
•    Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements 
•    Collaborate with customer service and inside sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and strong customer support 
•    Partner with global leadership to align operational practices and support business growth

[Hybrid] Distribution Center Manager Qualifications

•    7+ years of leadership experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations required
•    Experience overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment required
•    Experience working within industrial distribution, specialty materials, or other regulated operational environments required
•    Experience driving process improvements required
•    Strong communication and relationship-building skills required
