Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Benefits + Employee Perks

Restaurant Manager Description

Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team
in Colorado Springs, CO. You will run day-to-day operations, elevate service standards, and
build a beverage program that drives repeat customers and strong guest satisfaction.
Our client is looking for someone with food and beverage leadership experience, and a desire to elevate the beverage experience. To be successful, you must hold teams accountable, coach consistently, and stay hands-on during peak dinner service. This is a great opportunity to take ownership in crafting a beverage program with a visible impact on the customer experience 

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

•    Lead daily food and beverage operations 
•    Set service standards and run effective daily pre-shift meetings
•    Train, coach, and hold the team accountable to performance
•    Build schedules and manage labor to match seasonal demand
•    Own guest recovery and resolve issues quickly and professionally
•    Grow revenue via programming, specials, and vendor partnerships
•    Maintain inventory controls, par levels, and equipment care
•    Partner with culinary teams to improve speed of service
•    Run department meetings and keep communication tight across teams
•    Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

•    3+ years of food & beverage operations and team leadership experience required
•    Labor planning, scheduling, and productivity management experience required
•    Experience coaching teams and driving service standards required
•    Strong guest recovery and complaint resolution skills required
•    Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons required
