Salary: up to $150,000 + Monthly Incentives (Typically, 3% of Base; Goes up to 10%)

Senior Project Engineer - Electrical & Controls (industrial automation exp. req.) Responsibilities  

•    Program and troubleshoot PLCs  
•    Lead projects, including scope, budget, and execution 
•    Specify, set up, and troubleshoot VFDs, DC drives, and motor control centers
•    Develop and support preventative maintenance programs 
•    Perform root-cause analysis of electrical downtime using diagnostic tools
•    Ensure compliance with arc flash, coordination studies, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 70B 
•    Develop and maintain HMI/SCADA systems, MES interfaces, and data historians
•    Travel up to 10% (domestic) to evaluate new equipment needs   
•    Assist with after-hours technical support as needed 
•    Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Senior Project Engineer - Electrical & Controls (industrial automation exp. req.) Qualifications  

•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering required 
•    7+ years of electrical engineering experience required 
•    Strong background managing industrial automation projects required  
•    PLC programming experience required 
•    Relocation required to Northeastern Texas
