HVAC Service Coordinator (HVAC Industry Exp. Req.) Description

Our client in the HVAC industry is looking for an Account Coordinator to add to their team in Glassboro, NJ. In this role, you will support customer accounts by responding to requests, coordinating service activity, preparing quotes, ordering materials, and communicating job updates. The ideal candidate will have HVAC industry experience along with the ability to effectively coordinate between customers, field technicians, and internal teams. To be successful, you must be self-motivated, well organized, and comfortable managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced office environment. HVAC Service Coordinator (HVAC Industry Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

•    Respond to customer outreach & requests; communicate service needs to internal teams
•    Provide customers with scheduling information, job updates, and completion notifications
•    Prepare customer quotes based on information provided by field technicians
•    Communicate with the Service Manager regarding daily customer account and service activity
•    Place purchase orders for materials required to complete customer jobs
•    Maintain up-to-date job status and workflow information within systems and databases
•    Complete accurate data entry and maintain customer and service records
•    Prioritize multiple assignments and customer requests to support timely service delivery
•    Clearly communicate customer needs, job updates, and solutions to teammates

HVAC Service Coordinator (HVAC Industry Exp. Req.) Qualifications

•    Experience working in the HVAC industry is required
•    Experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role is required
•    Strong computer skills, accurate data entry, & comfortable learning new software is required
•    Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills are required
•    Ability to work 100% on-site is required
