Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 base + Uncapped Project Profitability Bonus (1st yr OTE up to $120k)

Estimator – Commercial Construction Services (3+ yrs exp. req.) Description

In this role, you will be responsible for estimating projects ranging in cost from $10k to $500k. As contracts are closed, you will oversee the project work through to completion. Estimator – Commercial Construction Services (3+ yrs exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Estimate project scopes, conduct takeoffs, and produce professional proposals
•    Oversee projects from planning through closeout across DC, MD, and VA
•    Perform site surveys and attend client bid walks and meetings
•    Track budgets, approve invoices, and monitor job documentation
•    Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules
•    Ensure all work meets OSHA and internal safety standards
•    Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients
•    Provide weekly updates to leadership on progress and profitability
•    Support process improvements and operational growth initiatives
