Location: near Albany, NY (northwest)
Salary: $45,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (1st yr OTE $77,500+) + Company Car

Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week; some Saturdays as needed
Travel: 75% within the Capital Region in company vehicle (home same day, no overnights)

Home Services Advisor – Customer Engagement & Project Coordination Description

Our client, in the home improvement services industry near Albany, NY is looking for a Home Services Advisor to become a trusted point of contact for local homeowners. You’ll respond to customer inquiries, schedule and conduct in-home consultations, prepare estimates, and guide projects through completion. With most customers making decisions within two weeks, your ability to follow up and communicate clearly will drive success. Home Services Advisor – Customer Engagement & Project Coordination Responsibilities

•    Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with residential customers
•    Travel locally to evaluate project needs and prepare estimates
•    Educate homeowners on product options and services tailored to their needs
•    Manage follow-up communication to move projects from estimate to agreement
•    Meet or exceed individual performance and revenue goals
•    Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate
•    Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the life of each project
•    Participate in regular meetings with management and service team
•    Manage your schedule to ensure timely appointments and responsiveness to customer requests
•    Stay current on products, services, and industry offerings

Home Services Advisor – Customer Engagement & Project Coordination Qualifications

•    Experience in a customer-facing role required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various technology/software tools required
•    Valid driver’s license required
•    Ability to travel regularly within the Capital Region (using company vehicle/gas) required
