Quality Manager (manufacturing exp. req.) Description

Quality Manager (manufacturing exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Provide strategic leadership and oversight for overall quality operations 
•    Lead transitions to updated ISO or equivalent certifications
•    Deliver quality-related training and skill development programs production teams 
•    Lead and mentor the QA team (4), fostering continuous improvement and accountability
•    Analyze quality data to develop and refine inspection and testing methodologies
•    Oversee quality documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping 
•    Establish and enforce quality policies and control systems throughout the organization
•    Develop and validate inspection and testing procedures for components and assemblies
•    Assess mechanical components and assemblies for accuracy and reliability
•    Review technical documents to ensure fabricated parts meet specified requirements  
•    Recommend initiatives to strengthen product integrity, design, and manufacturing 

Quality Manager (manufacturing exp. req.) Qualifications

•    3 years of quality experience within manufacturing required  
•    Ability to work onsite required
