Relocation Services Assistant Description

Our client in the relocation services industry is looking for a Relocation Services Assistant to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will provide daily administrative support to the service delivery team, ensuring accurate data entry and clear, timely communication with clients, transferees, and supplier partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer service-minded, and confident in managing calendars, calls, and documentation in a fast-paced, team environment. To be successful, you must bring strong office experience, polished communication, and excellent organizational skills. Relocation Services Assistant Responsibilities

•    Support daily office administration and clerical duties
•    Serve as the first contact for relocation clients and route calls appropriately
•    Schedule meetings and manage calendars for Relocation Advisors
•    Send service orders to supplier partners as requested
•    Track and document real estate transactions as needed
•    Process client documents with 100% data accuracy
•    Produce ad hoc reports for the management team as needed
•    Provide backup coverage for Relocation Advisors as needed
•    Participate in team meetings, training, and cross-functional tasks

Relocation Services Assistant Qualifications

•    3+ years of office experience, including a corporate setting, is required
•    Strong data entry, administrative, and organizational abilities are required
•    Professional email/phone communication and strong customer service are required
•    Ability to work on-site 3 days per week is required
