In this role, you will be a core member of the operations engine – executing money movement, preparing client materials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring advisors have exactly what they need to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, structure, and accountability. You will work hands-on across platforms, custodians, and systems daily and will be trusted with sensitive financial activity that requires accuracy, ownership, and responsiveness. Client Service & Operations Specialist (financial services/wealth mgmt. exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Execute money moves, new accounts, transfers, and reporting
•    Prepare data-rich materials ahead of client and team meetings
•    Maintain precise documentation across core advisory tools and systems
•    Own CRM and workflows for accuracy, visibility, and follow-through
•    Track client requests and ensure timely completion
•    Leverage planning, trading, and account platforms daily
•    Use Excel for reconciliations, balances, and percentages
•    Draft and proof client-ready emails and updates
•    Take notes in meetings; log all actions and outcomes
•    Support advisors to deliver consistent client experience

Client Service & Operations Specialist (financial services/wealth mgmt. exp. req.) Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    3+ years of financial services or wealth management experience required 
•    Account operations, transfers, money movement and trading execution experience required
•    Active Series 7 license required 
•    Proficiency with Excel, Word, CRM, and financial planning tools/software required 
•    Strong math accuracy across transfers, balances, and percentages required
