Our client in financial services is hiring a driven and detail-oriented Client Services Associate in Jacksonville, FL. You will support advisors and clients, driving accurate money movement, account work, and reporting in a fast, structured setting. Our client seeks someone with 3+ years’ experience in financial services who is eager to gain deep expertise and committed to executing at a high level with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency. This is a great hands-on opportunity for individuals who are naturally energized by data, deadlines, and making sure complex things work exactly as they should.

Client Services Associate (Financial Services / Wealth Management) Responsibilities

•    Execute money moves, new accounts, transfers, and reporting
•    Prepare data-rich materials ahead of client and team meetings
•    Maintain precise documentation across custodians and platforms
•    Own CRM and workflows for accuracy, visibility, and follow-through
•    Track client requests and ensure timely completion
•    Leverage planning, trading, and account platforms daily
•    Use Excel for reconciliations, balances, and percentages
•    Draft and proof client-ready emails and updates
•    Take notes in meetings; log all actions and outcomes
•    Support advisors to deliver consistent client experience

Client Services Associate (Financial Services / Wealth Management) Qualifications

•    3+ years of financial services or wealth management experience required 
•    Proficiency with Excel, Word, CRM, and financial planning tools required 
•    Clear written and verbal communication skills required 
•    Strong math accuracy across transfers, balances, and percentages required
