Logistics & Inventory Admin Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Logistics & Inventory Admin to join their growing team in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will manage shipment documentation, track inventory, and partner with the warehouse team to reconcile discrepancies. The ideal candidate has experience in office-based logistics, inventory, or warehousing and demonstrates accuracy in data entry. Success in this role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and organizational skills. Logistics & Inventory Admin Responsibilities

•    Support system-based transactions to ensure smooth daily shipping operations
•    Accurately enter orders, receipts, and inventory adjustments into the system
•    Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels
•    Schedule pickups and track shipments through completion
•    Reconcile counts and research inventory variances
•    Maintain accurate item records in the ERP system and Excel spreadsheets
•    Communicate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
•    Generate reports on inventory, shipments, and exceptions
•    Support warehouse labeling, cycle counts, and documentation needs
•    Escalate delays, damages, or paperwork issues for resolution

Logistics & Inventory Admin Qualifications

•    1+ years of office-based logistics, inventory, or warehousing experience is required 
•    High accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping required
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting is required
•    Ability to work 100% on-site is required
