Territory Sales Manager (Manufacturing or Fencing exp req) Description

Our client, a leader in perimeter security solutions, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to support and grow the Southern California region.  In this role, you will build new relationships and expand accounts across energy and utilities, oil & gas, defense, corrections, data centers, and transportation. You will drive direct sales activity, influence product and design specifications, and build demand for integrated perimeter solutions that include high-performance physical barriers and detection tools for remote or sensitive locations. Ideal candidates understand value and solution selling. Success in this role requires a hunter mindset, strong presentation skills, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Territory Sales Manager (Manufacturing or Fencing exp req) Responsibilities

•    Develop and manage new and existing accounts
•    Identify upselling opportunities for existing accounts
•    Adjust the content of sales presentations
•    Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of potential customers
•    Work with the Program Management and Sales Support team to ensure proper quotations
•    Utilize CRM to track all customer contact
•    Develop a territory plan
•    Monitor competition
•    Recommend changes in products, services, and policies
•    Act as a liaison with Project Managers and Quality to resolve complaints

Territory Sales Manager (Manufacturing or Fencing exp req) Qualifications

•    4+ years of outside sales experience required
•    2+ years of manufacturing sales or perimeter security (fencing) experience required 
•    Full-cycle sales experience required 
•    CRM software experience required
