Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

This hybrid role allows you to work remotely four days per week, with one day of in-office collaboration in Pennsylvania, 1+ hours north of Philadelphia. In this individual contributor role, you will manage key brand accounts and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how to develop and execute digital marketing strategies while addressing client questions. To succeed, you must bring strong digital marketing expertise and the ability to present data-driven insights to C-level stakeholders. Client Services Manager - Digital Marketing - HYBRID Responsibilities

•    Serve as the primary contact for brand clients, managing day-to-day communications
•    Translate client goals into data-backed, actionable marketing strategies
•    Lead performance discussions and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
•    Monitor campaign performance across channels and optimize based on insights
•    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and tracking
•    Oversee billing, pacing, reporting, and reconciliations with accuracy
•    Document all meetings and communications with clear, actionable notes
•    Attend trade shows, conferences, and in-person client meetings to drive growth
•    Stay up to date on paid media, affiliate, and consumer acquisition trends
•    Identify new opportunities to expand client partnerships and drive revenue

Client Services Manager - Digital Marketing - HYBRID Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree is required
•    3+ years of experience in digital marketing is required
•    Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is required
•    Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.) are required
•    Ability to travel up to 20% is required
