Digital Marketing | Client Service Manager – REMOTE Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for brand clients, managing day-to-day communications
• Translate client goals into data-backed, actionable marketing strategies
• Lead performance discussions and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
• Monitor & analyze campaign performance across channels
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities to improve client outcomes and revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and tracking
• Oversee billing, pacing, reporting, and reconciliations with accuracy
• Document all meetings and communications with clear, actionable notes
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and in-person client meetings to drive growth
• Stay up to date on affiliate, paid media, and consumer acquisition trends
• Identify new opportunities to expand client partnerships and drive revenue
• Manage multiple client workstreams while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Build trusted relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
Digital Marketing | Client Service Manager – REMOTE Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing is required
• Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship skills are required
• Working knowledge of paid media and analytics platforms is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.) are required
• Ability to travel up to 20% is required (quarterly travel to PA + client meetings & trade shows)
• Ability to work ET hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) is required
