Project Coordinator (bilingual Spanish/English req.) Description

Our client in the contracted services industry is looking for a Production Coordinator to add to their team in Fort Mill, SC. Reporting to the Owner, you will support all commercial and residential jobs from kick-off through to successful completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will spend 60-65% of your time in-office, coordinating project details from customers from start to finish, and communicating with subcontractors and internal teams on scheduling and work orders, while the rest of the time will be spent in the field, following up with both the customer and the production teams on the job sites. Production Coordinator (bilingual Spanish/English req.) Responsibilities

•    Work with customers to gather details on scope of work for all new jobs
•    Facilitate each project through to completion, documenting all details and steps
•    Partner with commercial and residential sales teams to coordinate new jobs to completion
•    Communicate with customers, internal teams and contracted partners on project details
•    Visit customer sites to ensure success in pre- and post- project completion
•    Ensure clients are supported and satisfied
•    Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
•    Communicate regularly with team members
•    Support costing and gross margin objectives for both production teams and the business
•    Demonstrate a commitment to safety and best practices

Project Coordinator (bilingual Spanish/English req.) Qualifications

•    Bilingual in Spanish and English required
•    Customer service and/or project coordination experience required
•    Familiarity with construction/building trades required
•    Basic computer proficiency required
•    Valid driver’s license required
