Service & Parts Specialist – OEM Industrial Manufacturing Description

Our client, the US division of a well-established global industrial manufacturer, is looking for a Parts Specialist to join their close-knit team in Lincoln Park, NJ. The person currently in this role has been with the company for more than 30 years and is relocating. Rather than handing someone the keys and wishing them luck, he'll be there to help train and support the next person for as long as needed. You'll report directly to the Purchasing & Warehouse Manager, partnering closely with him to support customers with replacement parts and aftermarket inquiries. The company is known for manufacturing premium equipment and has built its business on long-term customer relationships. Although the US team is small, you'll enjoy the stability and benefits of an international organization while working in a collaborative environment where everyone knows each other, pitches in when needed, and genuinely enjoys being part of the team. You'll be a great fit for this team if you're service-oriented, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and have the mechanical aptitude and curiosity to learn the company's equipment and become a trusted resource for customers. If you're looking to step away from a large corporate environment and join a company where your contributions are visible, teamwork is valued, work life balance still exists, and yes, you can wear jeans to work, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
