Location: Vero Beach, FL
Salary: $55,000 + starting at 20% Bonus Potential (up to 40% bonus potential)
Benefits: Health Insurance (50% paid by company), 401k w/ match, PTO + Sick Time
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, half day every other Saturday; ~45 hours/week

Store Manager – Wholesale Supply Description

Our client, a wholesale supplier, is seeking a Branch Manager near Eustis, FL. In this role, you will manage daily site operations, ensuring high customer service standards, efficient staff scheduling, and operational compliance. You will interact directly with customers (primarily contractors), lead your team by example, and maintain assets and inventory for the location. Qualified candidates will have at least 2+ years of management experience overseeing 2 or more employees, experience monitoring and analyzing sales data such as KPIs, revenue goals and trends. Prior experience working with contractors or in wholesale supplies or equipment will be essential for understanding customer needs and terminology. Store Manager – Wholesale Supply Responsibilities

•    Supervise daily operations and staff to meet business objectives
•    Schedule and train staff (3-4 employees) to ensure operational coverage and efficiency
•    Address customer inquiries and assist with product selection and delivery
•    Maintain strong relationships with key customers and provide excellent service
•    Manage inventory and safeguard assets, including equipment and cash
•    Participate in hiring, training, and coaching of branch staff
•    Monitor and report location performance to the Area Site Manager
•    Identify and resolve personnel issues per company policy

Store Manager – Wholesale Supply Qualifications

•    3+ years of managing a store or retail operations experience required
•    3+ years of team management (2+ employees) experience required
•    Experience monitoring and analyzing sales data (KPIs, revenue goals/trends) required 
•    Familiarity with water distribution products/equipment (e.g., irrigation, plumbing, etc.) required
•    Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software required
