Supply Store Manager – Wholesale Water Handling Equipment Description

Our client, a wholesale supplier, is seeking a Supply Store Manager in Vero Beach, FL. You’ll work closely with the President, receiving direct mentorship while managing day-to-day site operations and learning the broader business of running a successful branch, including customer service, staff scheduling, inventory control, and operational compliance. You’ll work hands-on with contractor customers, lead the team on the floor, and gain exposure to asset and location management. Familiarity with water delivery or water-handling equipment used in trade-based environments (plumbing, landscaping, facilities, utilities, etc.) will be essential to quickly understanding customer needs. Supply Store Manager – Wholesale Water Handling Equipment Responsibilities

•    Supervise daily operations and staff to meet business objectives
•    Schedule and train staff (3-4 employees) to ensure operational coverage and efficiency
•    Address customer inquiries and assist with product selection and delivery
•    Maintain strong relationships with key customers and provide excellent service
•    Manage inventory and safeguard assets, including equipment and cash
•    Participate in hiring, training, and coaching of branch staff
•    Monitor and report location performance to the Area Site Manager
•    Identify and resolve personnel issues per company policy

Supply Store Manager – Wholesale Water Handling Equipment Qualifications

•    Experience with water delivery/handling equipment or supply products required
•    Proficiency in MS Office required
