Landscape Account Manager Description
Our client in the commercial landscape industry is looking for an Account Manager to add to their team in the Taunton, MA area. You will be responsible for overseeing existing client accounts, managing new customer acquisitions for landscaping projects, and ensuring client satisfaction to maximize retention and service offerings. The ideal candidate has strong experience in a client-facing role, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients—proactively identifying needs, offering strategic recommendations, and delivering tailored solutions. This individual should also be tech savvy, comfortable leveraging software and digital tools to manage schedules, track performance, communicate with clients, and drive operational efficiency. Landscape Account Manager Responsibilities
• Oversee an existing portfolio of maintenance and snow accounts
• Assess and renew client contracts
• Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs
• Serve as client's primary point of contact
• Ensure client satisfaction and quality of work
• Upsell enhancement opportunities to clients
• Schedule work and direct activities on the job site
• Manage, maintain, and teach the design intent of property
• Lead and motivate crews
• Assist management with managing labor hours and work quality
• Address and resolve client issues by evaluating concerns and developing solutions
Landscape Account Manager Qualifications
• 4+ years of landscaping experience required
• High end residential (HOAs, planned communities, etc.) or commercial landscape experience required
• Account management or crew management experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
• Valid driver’s license required
