Salary: up to $95,000 base + Uncapped Project Profitability Bonus (1st yr total = $120k)

Estimator – Exterior Construction Services (trade-specific training provided) Description

Join our client, an exterior construction services provider (waterproofing, concrete/masonry restoration, coatings, building envelopes) in the DC/MD/VA region, as they grow their operations. Our client is seeking a driven individual, who is excited to learn the trade and help grow the project pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating commercial waterproofing projects and as contracts close, you will oversee the project work through to completion. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on individual who enjoys building strong client relationships, working both on the jobsite and in office, and seeing projects from idea to completion. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a big impact on a growing division with support and mentorship from leadership and industry consultants, while leading meaningful, high-quality projects across the region.

Estimator – Exterior Construction Services (trade-specific training provided) Responsibilities

•    Visit job sites across DC/MD/VA (company vehicle provided)
•    Scope and estimate exterior restoration & waterproofing projects ($10K–$500K)
•    Conduct takeoffs and prepare professional work proposals
•    Support projects through closeout – project lifecycle ownership as workload grows
•    Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules
•    Track project performance and profitability
•    Ensure all work meets OSHA and internal safety standards
•    Communicate closely with clients and internal leadership
•    Provide weekly updates to leadership on progress and profitability
•    Support process improvements and operational growth initiatives

Estimator – Exterior Construction Services (trade-specific training provided) Qualifications

•    Associate’s degree required
•    Construction industry, with exposure to jobsite and office, experience required
•    Experience in a customer-facing role required
•    Valid driver’s license required
