Executive Office Manager Description

Our client, a small GovTech SaaS company, is seeking an Executive Office Manager to support the CEO and two Vice Presidents in Baltimore, Maryland. This high-visibility role serves as the operational hub of the organization — driving executive alignment, improving internal processes, and supporting billing, compliance, HR, and client operations. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in the technology industry, is highly tech-savvy, and proactively leverages modern systems and AI tools to enhance efficiency. Executive Office Manager Responsibilities

•    Manage executive calendars, priorities, travel, and executive communications
•    Prepare executive briefings, reports, and action items; track strategic initiatives
•    Oversee daily office operations and implement tech-enabled process improvements
•    Support billing, invoicing, contract tracking, and renewal coordination
•    Act as liaison for internal teams, clients, and external partners
•    Assist with compliance documentation and public-sector contract requirements
•    Support HR administration (onboarding, benefits coordination, payroll liaison, timekeeping)
•    Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and leadership offsites
•    Compile KPIs and operational reports
•    Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Executive Office Manager Qualifications

•    3+ years of executive support or office management experience within the technology or SaaS industry required
•    Experience supporting small organizations (under 50 employees) required 
•    QuickBooks experience required 
•    Experience leveraging technology and AI tools to improve efficiency required 
•    Must be willing and able to commute to the office 1-2x per week
