Quality Manager (Regulated Manufacturing/Industrial and CNC exp req) Description

Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to add to their team in Ormond Beach, FL. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s quality management system (QMS) with a strong focus on leading AS9100 compliance and internal audits. Leveraging your experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments, ideally within CNC machining or similar production settings, you will lead a team of experienced quality engineers and specialists while maintaining oversight of high-volume production processes. This role is well-suited for candidates with prior leadership experience or those ready to step into their first formal management position. Quality Manager (Regulated Manufacturing/Industrial and CNC exp req) Responsibilities

•    Lead the quality team and own team outcomes
•    Implement, manage, and refine the QMS through team collaboration
•    Develop and manage systems for tracking and reporting nonconformances
•    Create and implement internal audits and audit strategy
•    Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and output
•    Maintain productive relationships with supervisor and peers

•    5+ years of quality management experience required
•    Desire and aptitude to manage and lead others required
•    2+ years experience in highly regulated manufacturing environment required
•    CNC experience required
•    CAPAs, non-conformances, and audit experience required
