Human Resources Coordinator – Employee Engagement (1yr. HR exp. req.) Description 

Our client, a commercial services company, is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team. This role was created to strengthen onboarding and elevate the overall employee experience from day one onward. You’ll spend roughly 60% of your time focused on employee engagement, with the remainder supporting daily HR operations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with their HR Team (9), as well as site managers across multiple locations, serving as a key resource for employees in the field. A big part of your impact will come from building on existing initiatives like employee surveys and recognition programs, while continuing to find new ways to keep teams connected, engaged, and aligned. Human Resources Coordinator – Employee Engagement (1yr. HR exp. req.)  Responsibilities

•    Strategize and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives 
•    Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends
•    Recommend improvements to strengthen employee experience 
•    Partner with HR leadership, site leaders, and marketing to strengthen culture 
•    Plan and execute company-wide events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives
•    Coordinate onboarding processes including scheduling, communications, etc. 
•    Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HRIS updates
•    Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
•    Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures
•    Travel as needed across locations (typically, a few times quarterly; all within the area) 
•    Assist with employee communications and general administrative support

Human Resources Coordinator – Employee Engagement (1yr. HR exp. req.) Qualifications 

•    Minimum 1 year of HR experience required
•    Experience supporting employment engagement initiatives required 
•    Comfortable working 100% onsite required 
•    Driver’s license required
