You will sit at the intersection of sales and operations—supporting deal execution, tracking revenue, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. While much of your work will happen behind the scenes driving internal processes and efficiencies, you will also engage with clients, making a positive, solutions-oriented approach essential. • Support bids, proposals, and customer documentation
• Maintain deal, pricing, and customer records
• Conduct market research and data analysis
• Manage commission audits and payouts
• Support basic finance and accounting functions
• Maintain contracts and electronic filing systems
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Create and improve operational processes
• Support customer communications and presentations
• Assist with social media and marketing efforts
[REMOTE] Sales and Operations Manager Qualifications
• 5+ years of B2B sales support, operations, or similar revenue-support experience required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) required
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and document management required
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis, reporting, and record management required
• Experience working in a small, fast-moving company (under 50 employees) where wearing multiple hats and owning outcomes required
