Inventory Administrator – Luxury Jewelry (luxury retail inventory exp. req.) Description
We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s, the only multi-brand, multi-location jewelry designer in the DFW area. They are looking to expand their inventory team at their HQ in Dallas. In this role, you will handle all fashion jewelry brands and timepieces with order processing which typically ranges from one to fifty products daily. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory across their retail locations while supporting sales teams and maintaining accurate records within Excel and their CRM systems. Given the high-end brands they represent, attention to detail and a process-minded approach are a must to be chosen for this role. Beyond the bullets below, they’re looking for a service-minded, culture-focused candidate who would enjoy a close-knit team atmosphere. Someone who values having a bit more routine in their day while still working in a fast-paced environment. They have multiple locations in the DFW area, but they are a smaller, family-owned company. What they lack in upward mobility they make up for in the culture and employee-first atmosphere they have established.
