Account Coordinator (Hybrid; 3 Years Advertising Agency Exp. Req.) Description

Our client in the advertising services industry is looking for an Account Coordinator to add to their team in Lake Mary, Florida. Reporting to the VP of Client Services, you will be responsible for ongoing proactive contact between agency accounts. You will affiliate with all the agency departments to move projects and provide valuable input in developing strategic marketing plans. Along with this, you will be responsible for all aspects of plan execution, utilizing the full-service suite of support resources across the team. To be successful in this role, you must be strategic, detail oriented, and experienced in interacting with clients. To thrive in this role, you must be savvy, customer-centric, and have a passion for achieving client results. Previous advertising agency experience is a bonus. Account Coordinator (Hybrid; 3 Years Advertising Agency Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

• Manage day-to day activities for assigned clients
• Notify clients of the progress of their projects
• Prepare client briefings and contact reports for all client meetings
• Present, sell, and defend all agency work and proposals to clients
• Inform clients of the development of their competitors
• Assist in writing proposals and marketing communications
• Assist in writing strategic marketing, media, and public relations plans
• Enter all client jobs and projects into project management software
• Review and approve invoices
• Correspond promptly to all client communications
• Review creative/production materials, layouts, and production art
• Ensure prompt collection of accounts receivable
• Coordinate project timing and budgets
• Stay current with Google certifications

• 3+ years advertising agency experience required
• 1+ years of account or client management experience required
• Project management experience required
• Mac proficiency required
