Commercial Sales: Security, Fire & Home Automation Description

Our client an, established service provider, is looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to add to their team in Lynnwood, WA. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for expanding and upselling the current client list, composing elaborate contract bids, and handling all inbound sales leads. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about hunting new business leads and enjoys building client relationships. To be successful in the role, you must be organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoy working autonomously and have a proven sales record. Commercial Sales: Security, Fire & Home Automation Responsibilities

• Make field visits with clients and prospect for additional service opportunities
• Present necessary reports to senior leadership
• Develop contractual agreements for rental or purchase
• Assist in scheduling with clients/technicians
• Compose elaborate bids
• Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships
• Track clients in company systems
• Grow local business by cold calling and following up on inbound leads

Commercial Sales: Security, Fire & Home Automation Qualifications

• Automation industry experience required
• 1+ years sales experience required
• 1+ years B2B experience required
• Ability for daily local travel required
