Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Quarterly Bonus (OTE: $115-138K)

Automation Controls Engineer (PLC programming exp. req.) Description

You will lead the development of cutting-edge electrical control systems for advanced induction heating equipment using Rockwell Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI interfaces. Automation Controls Engineer (PLC programming exp. req.) Responsibilities  

•    Develop electrical control systems using Allen Bradley PLCs
•    Evaluate and design components and automation strategies 
•    Improve efficiency, product quality, and performance
•    Produce electrical drawings for automation systems 
•    Develop custom PLC/HMI software 
•    Participate in troubleshooting and resolving equipment problems
•    Conduct simulations to review and test the functionality of programming
•    Follow NEC, IEC, and UL guidelines
•    Work with purchasing to specify and order components from vendors

Automation Controls Engineer (PLC programming exp. req.) Qualifications  

•    3+ years of automation controls experience required 
•    PLC programming experience required 
•    Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or an ECAD program required
