Location: Phoenix, AZ (In-office requirement during training to transition to a hybrid schedule) 
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (1st yr. OTE: $90-$120K+ 2nd yr. OTE: $150K+)

Business Development Representative Description

Our client in IT Consulting is looking for a Business Development Representative to add to their team in Phoenix, Arizona. You will prospect and close new customer accounts, projects, and services while meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Our client is looking for someone with a tenacious go-getter mindset who doesn’t cut corners or sacrifice quality or integrity during the sales process. You will be provided with hands-on training with realistic and attainable goals. Our client will ensure that you feel fully versed and knowledgeable of the product offerings as integrity and transparency are foundational to their culture. Note: no technical sales experience is necessary for this role – just an ambitious mentality and the willingness to learn.  You will spend approximately 50% of your time managing existing client accounts, walking into a book of business that will allow you to earn commissions from day one. The rest of your time will be spent prospecting new business through referrals and web traffic, as our client has a stellar reputation amongst the local community. Business Development Representative Responsibilities

•    Create and maintain a sales database 
•    Develop sales prospects 
•    Attend networking events
•    Identify new sales opportunities 
•    Assist in creating sales and marketing presentations
•    Deliver sales presentations to prospects
•    Travel to local sales appointments
•    Prepare and present sales proposals
•    Close prospects and ensure contract documentation is in place

Business Development Representative Qualifications

•    B2B outside sales experience required
•    Relationship-based sales experience required 
•    Impeccable written and verbal communication skills required
•    Must be willing to travel up to 35% locally to customer sites
•    Must be tech-savvy and excited to sell a technical product line
