Receptionist (administrative & client-facing/customer service exp. req.) Description

Our client in the software industry is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-orientated Receptionist to add to their team just 15 minutes southwest of downtown Portland in Tigard, OR. This is an in-office position. You will act as the first point of contact for their customers while supporting overall office administrative functions. They’re looking for someone who enjoys shifting priorities and uses creative, out-of-the-box thinking when addressing client challenges. The phone volume will not be overwhelming, but you will be assisting clients who are experiencing technical issues with their software. Although you will not be responsible for troubleshooting, you still must be a patient, active listener whose calming disposition can make anyone feel at ease. To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional organization and note-taking abilities that allow you to efficiently document cases into their CRM which will trigger their Technical Team to follow up with each customer. Receptionist (administrative & client-facing/customer service exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Welcome visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
•    Manage inbound calls by assisting and directing each client appropriately 
•    Support clients by understanding their needs
•    Record phone and email service cases in the CRM 
•    Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including client invoices 
•    Coordinate office lunches and assist in meeting prep 
•    Oversee the office supply room and order inventory 
•    Manage building maintenance vendors 
•    Keep the office and lobby tidy to ensure a positive first impression 
•    Support various administrative functions 
•    Contribute to a positive, culture-focused team atmosphere 

Receptionist (administrative & client-facing/customer service exp. req.) Qualifications

•    Willing and able to work onsite daily required 
•    2+ years of client-facing experience required 
•    Background supporting administrative functions required 
•    Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment required
