Commercial Litigation Attorney (2+ yrs of litigation exp req)
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid WFH flex - at least 3 days in-office)
Salary: up to $220,000 + Mo/Qtrly/Annual Bonuses (Total comp: $250k-$300k)
Bonus Opps: 10% Production/ 10% of origination fees / 5% Consult/ 10% dormant client bonuses
Production Bonus: Target = 1900 hrs/yr (36 hrs/wk); 10% production bonus (avg $8k-$10k/mo)

Commercial Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

•    Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters
•    Develop and implement litigation strategies
•    Ensure Individual and Supervisee Targets are achieved
•    Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and prepare for trials
•    Stay current on legal developments, regulations, and industry trends
•    Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
•    Identify and seize business development opportunities
•    Lead and mentor a team of dedicated legal professionals

Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications

•    JD and licensed to practice law in Florida required (GA also considered)
•    2+ years of commercial litigation experience required
•    Strong command of legal statutes and strategies required
•    Excellent client management and communication skills required
•    Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis, etc.) required
