Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 + Uncapped Incentives  
OTE: $130,000-$170,000

Director of Sales – Southeast (exp. selling to telecom/broadband providers req.) Description 

Our client, an engineering and consulting company, is looking to add a new Director of Sales to their team in the US and oversee their Southeast territory. When you are not traveling, you’ll work from your home office. In this position, most of your time will be spent on individual sales where you will network to build relationships with telecom providers to sell their broadband engineering services. To achieve this, you’ll travel across your assigned region to meet with key contacts and attend trade shows. Because of the size of these sales, $100k-$1M, they’re looking for a resourceful, autonomous sales leader with experience selling to broadband providers. Whether you’ve sold equipment to them or similar engineering services, they’re looking for someone who enjoys remaining in a hands-on sales role while still having an impact on their overall sales strategy and team performance. Director of Sales – Southeast (exp. selling to telecom/broadband providers req.) Responsibilities

•    Devise a sales strategy across the region 
•    Develop new business with telecom companies including NTCA  
•    Build and effectively manage a sales pipeline 
•    Deliver engaging presentations 
•    Drive revenue growth and increase market share 
•    Travel throughout the US to capture new business opportunities 
•    Expand company visibility through participation in trade shows 
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to create an effective sales strategy 
•    Meet or exceed individual and team revenue goals 

Director of Sales – Southeast (exp. selling to telecom/broadband providers req.) Qualifications  

•    5+ years of experience selling to telecom providers within multiple states required  
•    3+ years of experience attending telecom trade shows required 
•    Strong background prospecting to Tier 2 or Tier 3 providers required 
•    50% domestic travel required
